Several years back I got interested in the properties of properly made colloidal (ionic) silver dispersions. First samples I got proved to be efficient in eradicating mould, reducing clothes and shoes odour and in general in proved to be efficient in eradicating microbes. However, I fast noticed that the results sometimes significantly varied between different samples produced according to different described production procedures.
Although conceptually simple it took us over two years of research to determine the most important factors affecting the processes of electrochemical properties enhancement.
Natural electrochemical properties of zeolites are usually modified and increased (enhanced) during tribomechanical micronization and activation process. In fact “activation” is the term describing additional increase and enhancement of mineral ionic exchange properties as a result of industrial processing. In practical terms, increased ionic exchange provide zeolite with enhanced properties of self-regulating process of pH normalisation (alkalisation), antioxidative properties (electron donor) and capability to absorb certain radioisotopes (zeolites).
Germination of plant seed is normally affected by ambient temperature, moisture, pH of soil, lighting conditions and quality of seed. Usually only a certain percentage of seed successfully germinates and develops into seedlings. It is less known that certain oscillating electromagnetic fields also affect germination rate and the growth of seedlings and their later growth into fully developed plants. Effects of electromagnetic fields on the germination of seed, seedling development and later plant growth can be beneficial or detrimental, depending on the nature of electromagnetic fields and the way they are applied.
Zeolites are crystalline hydrated aluminosilicate minerals of alkali and alkaline earth cations. They have infinite, three dimensional structures. Naturally occurring zeolites are very good absorbents so they have many particular uses in agriculture, animal farming, human medicine, veterinary medicine, cosmetics, environmental protection, industrial applications etc.
