Our products are made to order and represent replicas of the original machines. RT17 is not a manufacturer of medical devices and is not subject to regulations regulating the manufacturing and market placement of medical devices. Our replicas are intended only to be used as exhibition pieces or for educational or research purposes. They should not be used for medical or other treatments of humans and/or animals or any other similar purposes.
Our products have specific scopes and indications and should be used in accordance with their Operating instructions and relevant safety and maintenance requirements as listed in product documentation and on RT17 website. Our products may only be used for the functions foreseen in their design. Installation must be carried out according to the instructions specified in the Operating instructions and, if applicable, on the labels displayed on the products. RT17 shall not be held liable for any undesirable effects that may occur through the misuse and/or improper handling of the products.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the RT17 product pages, RT17 products should not be used in situations that support, sustain, or put human life and/or health at significant risk. This includes medical device replicas or machine parts whose failure can cause considerable damage. Customers must follow all stated instructions and limit use to the applications intended.
RT17 products are not intended for use with materials or hardware provided by third parties. Using third-party materials or products is not recommended and may result in damage or inferior results. RT17 is not liable for any damages or defects of RT17 products due to use with non-RT17 materials or products. RT17 declines all liabilities for any illegal or unauthorized use or misuse of the products.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, RT17 shall not be responsible or liable to you or any third parties claiming through or under you under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages or losses, arising out of your use or inability to use the products. RT17 is not subject to any liability arising from any injury to a person or property or as a result of any claim of medical malpractice or similar circumstances.
Except in the case of RT17 wilful misconduct or fraud, you understand and expressly agree that your use of the products is at your sole risk and that to the extent permitted by law, you will be solely responsible for any damages to you, your property or any third party or their property arising from the use of the products.
RT17 products are not intended for further sale and/or continued production, and RT17 has not obtained any approvals for market placement other than those stipulated by these terms.
All legal matters arising out of or relating to the use of RT17 products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia and under the jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
