Our products are made to order and represent replicas of the original historical machines. Our replicas are intended exclusively for exhibition, educational, or research purposes. They should not be used for medical or other types of treatment of humans and/or animals or any other similar purposes. RT17 is not a manufacturer of medical devices and is not subject to medical device regulations, including those governing manufacturing, market placement, and compliance with medical standards. RT17 products are strictly replicas and are not intended to meet any medical standards, certifications, or regulatory requirements for medical devices.
Our products have specific scopes and indications, and should be used in accordance with their Operating instructions and relevant safety and maintenance requirements, as listed in the product documentation and on the RT17 website. Our products may only be used for the functions foreseen in their design. Installation must be carried out according to the instructions specified in the Operating Instructions and, if applicable, on the labels displayed on the products. RT17 shall not be held liable for any damages, undesirable effects, or losses arising from misuse, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, improper storage, or incorrect installation of the products.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the RT17 product pages, RT17 products should not be used in any situation where their failure could result in significant risk to human life, health, or property. This includes replicas of historical apparatus or machine parts that, if they fail, can cause considerable damage. Customers must follow all stated instructions and use the products as intended.
RT17 products are not intended for use with third-party materials or hardware. Using third-party materials or hardware with RT17 products may void the warranty and can damage the product or pose safety risks. RT17 is not liable for any damages or defects arising from such use. RT17 declines all liability for any illegal or unauthorised use or misuse of the products.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, RT17 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the products. RT17 is not subject to any liability arising from any injury to a person or property or as a result of any claim of medical malpractice or similar circumstances.
Except in the case of RT17’s willful misconduct or fraud, you understand and agree that your use of the products is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are solely responsible for any damages to yourself, your property, or any third party or their property arising from the use of the products.
RT17 products are not intended for resale, reproduction, or mass production. RT17 has not obtained any approvals for market placement outside those stipulated in these terms.
All legal matters arising from or related to the use of RT17 products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, regardless of your location, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Croatian courts.
